Linens, towels, cookware, utensils provided.
Additional guests over age 10 add $5 per person per night.
Cash/check or PayPal deposit required to confirm reservation.
Full payment due at check-in.  
No Credit Cards.
No Smoking or tobacco use on property, No Pets allowed in building. 
Laundromat nearby.
Rental fee for boat or trailer parking, pending space availability.
Fishing poles on deck....bring your own worms!
