Linens, towels, cookware, utensils provided.
Laundering of linens, towels upon request.
Additional guests over age 10 add $5 per person per night.
Cash/check deposit required to confirm reservation.
Full payment due at check-in.  No Credit Cards.
No Smoking, No Pets allowed in building.

One boat parking spot per room available across street.
